First Look: Portman, Maguire, and Gyllenhaal in ‘Brothers’
ET Online provides the first look at the trailer for Brothers, a love-triangle drama starring Natalie Portman, Tobey Maguire, and Jake Gyllenhaal.
The film, a remake of 2004’s Brødre, chronicles the story of Grace Cahill’s (Portman) developing relationship with her brother-in-law Tommy Cahill (Gyllenhaal) after her husband (Maguire) is believed to be dead. Sure enough, her husband makes a miraculous return to her, only to be suspicious of the relationship she has with his brother.
Read More Judging from the trailer, you don’t want to mess with a post-war, pissed off Tobey Maguire. I’m actually not sure if I should tag this film as a drama-turned-thriller, to be honest. The film is scheduled to release on December 4, 2009.
