Robert Pattinson Likes Gus Van Sant for Breaking Dawn

Jamie Campbell Bower and apparently have two different visions for the Breaking Dawn adaptation.

In a recent interview, New Moon‘s Bower said would love to see his Sweeney Todd boss, Tim Burton, behind the camera for the fourth installment. “I think he’d just change it up. I think he’d screw around with it quite a lot, and aesthetically, I think it’d be incredibly different,” Jamie said. But which direction would Pattinson like to see the film go?

After accidentally revealing that the movie would most likely shoot in Portland, Oregon, Robert elected a Portland resident for the job. “I think Gus Van Sant would be great to do it. I mean - he shoots everything in Portland.” But proximity isn’t the only reason why Pattinson named the Good Will Hunting director for the post.

“[Breaking Dawn]‘s all about kinda teenage love and obsession, so I think would be great. Everything…he’s good at making things look beautiful,” he explained.
