Jason Schwartzman Eyed Up Clooney
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: 20th Century Fox, Adventure, Family, Comedy, Celeb News, Celebrity Gossip, Filmmaking
Megan Fox won’t have to worry about Jason Schwartzman staring at her—he seems to have eyes for George Clooney.
The Rushmore actor said working with George Clooney on animated film Fantastic Mr Fox was a bizarre and amazing experience.
“Typically when you’re working with someone it’s not kosher to just kind of gaze at them because you’re usually on camera as well. But when we were sitting around a table with just a recorder, it was really nice for me to be able to look at George. I admit I might have actually been staring. Obviously, he’s a handsome gentleman, but what I found fascinating was just kind of watching him work. It was like having a front row seat in an acting class.”
Jason, 29, said director Wes Anderson got the cast to spend lots of time together, so he could capture audio of them interacting: “He also took us to this farm on a field trip where we ran around and played in the dirt and did all sorts of crazy things. I was like, ‘I can’t believe my life has come to this moment where I’m on the ground digging with George Clooney.’ It was so bizarre and amazing.”

Watch the New Full-Length Avatar Trailer
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: 20th Century Fox, Action, Adventure, Science Fiction, Thrillers, Trailers, Upcoming Releases
How would you like to see your Avatar? If you’d choose a trailer with very little talk and a focus on the fantasy, please refer to the teaser version released in August. If you’d prefer yours laced with more drama, humans and expository info, than this version might be up your alley.
Although IMAX tickets for the James Cameron film went on sale two months ago, the movie has been overshadowed lately by talk of vampires, Michael Jackson and paranormal activity. This latest clip could get us talking about Pandora and humanoid creatures called the Na’vi again.
Avatar - starring Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Zoe Saldana Michelle Rodriguez and Giovanni Ribisi - opens December 18.

Getting Into Character: The Men of The A-Team
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: 20th Century Fox, Action, Adaptation, Casting, Upcoming Releases

We’ve already seen the legs of The A-Team, so now let’s check out Face the faces.
If you laughed when you initially heard about a big screen adaptation of the show, you weren’t the only one. Liam Neeson - who looks an awful lot like George Peppard did - also thought it was a joke.
“When my agent said, A-Team, I said, ‘oh, please,’” the Oscar nominee told EW. So what finally got him on board? The script. “Some of these films can be so empty and bland, but this was riveting. Clearly a lot of thought had gone into it and it had a wonderful camaraderie between the guys,” the new Col. John “Hannibal” Smith stated.
The A-Team - also starring Bradley Cooper (Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck), Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (Sgt. Bosco “B.A.” Baracus) and Sharlto Copley (Capt. “Howling Mad” Murdock) - opens June 11, 2010.
