Although did have a recent gig on Ugly Betty, his character was eventually dumped by Hilda Suarez for basically being too nice. Unfortunately, it’s this “nice” image that’s also been holding the 48-year-old (48?!) actor back.

Preview of He’s Just Not That Into You


Although she recently admitted that she wasn’t a fan of Sarah Jessica Parker’s HBO series (“I never liked Sex and the City, the kind of thing where women only feel empowered once they find the Man”), Jennifer Aniston somehow managed to find herself in a movie that came to life because of the show.

In , Aniston plays just one of several relationship-challenged characters in the ensemble piece. The film is an adaptation of the book written by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tucillo, two of SATC‘s former writers.

The romantic comedy - also starring Scarlett Johansson, Ginnifer Goodwin,  Kevin Connolly, Drew Barrymore, Ben Affleck, Justin Long and Bradley Cooper - will debut on February 6, 2009…just in time for Valentine’s Day.


He’s Just Not That Into You: Another Barrymore Hit?

Drew BarrymoreHollywood royalty will produce and star in He’s Just Not That Into You. The star-studded cast includes , , , and . Based on the popular book of the same name, the flick is about relationships. Several intersecting stories will make up the movie, with Jennifer Connelly as a bored wife, and Kevin Connolly pines sadly for a woman having an affair with Connelly’s character’s husband. Drew Barrymore will play a woman who struggles with dating. Production of the film is scheduled to begin in Los Angeles in September. Will this be another big Barrymore hit? Why not? Adaptations seem to be working for everyone else.
