Will Ferrell, Tina Fey Reveal Megamind Movie Ending

Will Ferrell and Tina Fey as Megamind and Roxanne, Dreamworks Animation

Spoiler alert! Maybe.

Reporters recently caught up to former SNL funnyman , who was on the Comic-Con red carpet to promote upcoming animated flick Megamind. Co-star and former SNL cast mate Tina Fey, who plays Roxanne in the film, walked the carpet with Ferrell. Brad Pitt also stars in the flick.

“My character does defeat . Finally! I have been chasing that guy for years,” Ferrell cracked wise with Entertainment Tonight, potentially revealing the movie’s end.

Ferrell plays the title character in the flick, Megamind, the world’s smartest super villain. Pitt plays hero Metro Man, who must thwart all of Megamind’s plans.

The movie will be released on November 5.

Effective immediately, fans of the X-Men series can vote to bring the premiere of X-Men Origins: Wolverine to their hometown. Submissions will be accepted until April 17 with the winning city announced on April 20.

The lucky city will get - and the whole red carpet treatment - on April 27, just days before the nationwide debut on May 1.

Hollywood considers nothing off-limits in the world of film, even the presidency. Some lucky men have played United States leaders both fictional and biographical. But while Smith’s comments were said in his usual jocular fashion, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the idea - and I really see this one happening. Smith, already one of Hollywood’s most bankable leading men, has already proven that he can take on any kind of role. But would his big name serve to crowd out Obama’s?
