Could this be the tearjerker that makes us forget The Notebook?

In the latest Nicholas Sparks story, teen queen plays Ronnie Miller, a rebellious 17-year-old forced to spend time with her estranged father (Greg Kinnear). What could be a painful summer ends up taking a turn when she finds young love with a hottie (Liam Hemsworth) and common ground with her dad.

Adam Sandler’s latest film, , marks yet another reunion (nearly paralleling the story itself) with SNL veterans David Spade, Chris Rock, Maya Rudolph, and Rob Schneider. Oh, and for some reason, Salma Hayek signed up for this gig, too.

Clash of the Titans Trailers - Now and Then

Well - If that doesn’t have testosterone spelled all over it, I’m not sure what does.

Thought Prince of Persia looked a little too…Disney? Wishing Sam Worthington wasn’t a cyborg or a blue Jar Jar Binks? Need a good reason to dust off your useless Greek mythology knowledge?

In this new trailer for , Avatar‘s Worthington wields a sword as the heroic son of Zeus (Liam Neeson). The remake follows Perseus on his journey to battle Hades (Ralph Fiennes), the god of the underworld.

The updated version of Titans will open on March 26. Until then, you can rewatch the cheesy classic 1981 trailer starring Harry Hamlin after the jump.

New Trailer for Brothers Released

While the first trailer for Jim Sheridan’s Brothers may have made the film look like a dramatic Lifetime story, this new trailer ups the emphasis on its thriller aspect. Perhaps they should have released the film before the remake of The Stepfather as soon as they knew that they were headed in this direction.

Although very few new scenes have been added, the trailer does a great job at making Tobey Maguire look as creepy as ever.

Natalie Portman may not be too pleased with her Star Wars performance, so I’m rather puzzled as to why she chose this role and whether or not she’ll be saying the same thing regarding this movie in due time.

Either way, you can catch the film when it hits theaters on December 4th.

New Sherlock Holmes Trailer Unveiled

If you’re pretending to be British and celebrating Guy Fawkes Day, you might as well keep up the charade by checking out the new trailer for Sherlock Holmes, starring Robert Downey, Jr. and Jude Law.

In what can only seem to be complete bad-ass-ness (smart jokes, narrated three-step guide to knocking someone out, Rachel McAdams, etc.), the film appears to have a good chance at holding its own during this Christmas Day’s battlefield for the box office.

What secret weapon does director Guy Ritchie have in store for the action-packed thriller? He calls it a family movie!

First Look: Angelina Jolie in Salt

In this new trailer for Salt, rocks heels, climbs walls and wields guns. In other words, it’s your typical day for the mother of six.

The film, which was originally set to star Tom Cruise, tells the story of a CIA agent who may or may not be a Russian spy. While the story reminds me a great deal of Kevin Costner’s No Way Out, the visuals are more in line with Jolie’s Wanted.

- also starring Liev Schreiber and Chiwetel Ejiofor - opens July 23.

First Look: Prince of Persia Trailer

When a movie combines The Mummy, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, it’s bound to be a hit. And in this case, also has a beefed up Jake Gyllenhaal and a Bond girl (Gemma Arteron) to boot.

So will this trailer get you in the doors? Doesn’t matter—I’m sure Disney’s already got a new theme park ride in the works.

Prince of Persia opens on May 28.

Watch the New Full-Length Avatar Trailer

How would you like to see your Avatar? If you’d choose a trailer with very little talk and a focus on the fantasy, please refer to the teaser version released in August. If you’d prefer yours laced with more drama, humans and expository info, than this version might be up your alley.

Although IMAX tickets for the James Cameron film went on sale two months ago, the movie has been overshadowed lately by talk of vampires, Michael Jackson and paranormal activity. This latest clip could get us talking about Pandora and humanoid creatures called the Na’vi again.

- starring Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Zoe Saldana Michelle Rodriguez and Giovanni Ribisi - opens December 18.
