First Look: Clooney and Bridges Staring at Goats

Considering George Clooney‘s upcoming film, The Men Who Stare at Goats, centers around cloud-busting, flying, Jedi-trained psychic killers hired by the government, I’m shocked that I haven’t heard about this film sooner.

With Jeff Bridges, Ewan McGregor, Kevin Spacey, and J.K. Simmons rounding off the cast, I can’t say that I disagree with E! as they dub this movie the “Greatest Film Ever Made.” The goats drop when the eccentric comedy hits theaters November 6.

First Look: Renee Zellweger is New in Town

Maybe the Minnesota weather is to blame for Renee Zellweger’s disheveled hair last night…

In her upcoming romantic comedy, Renee plays a consultant from Miami with a temporary assignment in the Midwest state. Of course, it’s always nice to have a warm body around when you’re cold. Thankfully for the Oscar winner, Harry Connick, Jr. is there to keep her company.

New in Town - also starring and Frances Conroy - opens January 20.

Projected Spider-Man 4 Release Date

Spider-Man and Sandman

Even though the main characters appeared disinterested during their interviews last year, the buzz about another sequel has already begun.

According to E!, the franchise’s producer has already informed theater owners that a fourth installment could happen…though it would be 2011 before anyone would see it. (Apparently you need a script, a willing actor and an interested director before you can get the ball rolling on these big-budget flicks.)

Unboxing: The Official ‘Juno’ Hamburger Phone

Juno Phone 1

It isn’t too often we here at FilmCrunch get to do an official unboxing like our sister site, Unboxing.com. But I kind of think this actually one-ups their normal gadgetry, allowing you to get your vicarious thrills doubly—it’s cool and it’s related to one of this year’s best films, Juno. Case in point, I give you the Official Juno Hamburger Phone. Yes, that so-ugly-and-weird-that-it’s-cute-and-I-actually-really-want-one phone was handed to me as part of the film’s promotion, and I couldn’t be more excited about it.

I haven’t had the chance to use it yet—I don’t have a landline—but I hear it works about as well as the one from the movie. Remind me not to use it the next time I call my local abortion clinic.

Check the rest of the meaty, telephony photos after the jump.
