Tragedy strikes during production of The Dark Knight Rises. Warner Brothers confirmed that an unidentified male extra passed away from natural causes on the set of the new Batman film.
"The studio can confirm that a male extra passed away while on a break during an off-set crowd rehearsal for a sequence with several hundred extras in early November. The production crew fully cooperated with the authorities' investigation, which established that he died of natural causes," a studio representative said.
Sources reveal that the man's unconscious body was found after he had walked away from the other extras; a medical crew was called immediately. "He was taken to the hospital straight away... It was during a period when the film was shooting a huge sequence with several hundred extras in the Wall Street area," a source said.

Bradley Cooper: ‘Hangover III to Shoot Next Year’
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Warner Bros, Sequels, Comedy, Celeb News, Celebrity Gossip, Filmmaking, Rumors, Scripts, Upcoming Releases
Bradley Cooper has confirmed The Hangover III will shoot next autumn in Los Angeles. The actor - who played the part of Phil in the first two instalments of the Todd Phillips-directed comedy - admitted he is keen to get to work on the third in the franchise, and doesn't think it will follow the same path as the previous films.
"I personally want to do it. I hope we're going to start shooting in September. We adhered to the formula in the second one, for those of you who've seen it, and the third one, which would close the whole, sort of, trilogy, which now it would be a trilogy - even though we thought we would never make a second one, let alone anybody see the first one. I think it will take place in Los Angeles and maybe not adhere to the structure. It might be different."
Bradley - who stars alongside comedy star Zach Galifianakis in the movies - previously claimed he was very keen to appear in a third installment despite the second being one of the hardest projects he has worked on. "I'll do whatever Todd wants to do, he's the best, he's the greatest. And I love those guys and I love my character Phil so I would do it in a heartbeat. It was the hardest shoot I've ever done but I just love it. There's got to be a trilogy, you've got to close it up."
Robert Pattinson Gets Sick of Set Security

Breaking Dawn: Part 1's Robert Pattinson finds film sets "frustrating." The Twilight Saga actor hates the fact he has to be separated from the rest of the cast and crew on his movies for security reasons, which means he never properly gets to know anyone he is working with.
"You just wish that you could stay in a s***ty hotel and hang out with everyone. I never meet anyone, and I have to have the same conversation all the time, going over the same trivial bulls**t every time you talk to someone. I'm always separated from the crew because you have to be in an extra secure place and I don't even know people's names - it's very frustrating."
Robert - who is in a relationship with his Twilight Saga co-star Kristen Stewart - admits his worldwide fame has affected how he interacts with other people and he finds it very difficult to trust new individuals because he is paranoid they will "sell him out."
"I just try to avoid as much hassle as possible and try to find places where it's more important for them to keep your business than sell you out. Everybody wants to sell you out," he told Marie Claire.
Robert Pattinson’s Two Week Abs

Robert Pattinson only had abs for "two weeks" during filming of The Twilight Saga. The British actor admits it was tough for him to be excessively working out while playing the role of vampire Edward Cullen in the movie, and while he tried very hard to buff up like his co-star Taylor Lautner, he lapsed back into old habits after a short space of time.
"Taylor just ruined the whole series for me. As soon as he buffed up, I went, 'Well I'm throwing in the towel on New Moon. I didn't eat candy and I didn't drink any beer for a while. I went kind of nuts. Me and Kristen went nuts working out, because we hadn't worked out for any of [the previous films] I had the abs for, like, two weeks. As soon as I didn't have to be shirtless anymore, [my good habits were] gone immediately."
In the end, the hunky star admits he gave up entirely, and ate endlessly on the shoot for the last movie Breaking Dawn. "During filming in Brazil, the day before I had to do my shirtless scene, I realized my abs weren't as good as Taylor's, so I just ate every bit of chocolate in the mini-bar. I started eating cheeseburgers and stuff."
Christopher Nolan Keeping Close Tabs on Dark Knight Script

The Dark Knight Rises
director Christopher Nolan won't give out scripts for the film's final scenes. The filmmaker is determined to keep the ending of his third Batman movie - which stars Christian Bale as the caped crusader - under wraps so he is instead advising his cast on the story verbally in order to minimize the chance of leaks.
"Christopher doesn't want anyone to ruin it and I completely understand that. The newer people on the film go to his office to read the script. They sent mine out, but it had to be hand delivered directly to me and nobody else. And the final few pages were missing. I went along and talked to Christopher and in person about the ending. Then I locked it away in my head," said Gary Oldman, who plays Police Commissioner James Gordon.
Gary is happy with his role in the film and is pleased his career has moved on from the "frenetic" characters of his younger days, such as Drexl from True Romance and Stansfield in Leon. He added, "I was younger then, that's all. In The Dark Knight Rises I'm the 50 year old police commissioner while wonderful, young Heath Ledger is bouncing off the walls as The Joker. Now, had that part come along 15 years ago, people might have said, 'That's a Gary Oldman role.'"

Megan Fox, John C Reilly to Have Dictator Cameos

Both Megan Fox and John C. Reilly are set to appear in The Dictator.
The pair have signed up to make cameo appearances in Sacha Baron Cohen's forthcoming comedy, though the nature of their roles is being kept under wraps.
The film - which is currently being shot in New York - chronicles the story of a Middle Eastern despot who is removed from his position and flees to the US after he is replaced by a lookalike former goat herder, with both roles being played by Sacha. Sir Ben Kingsley, Jason Mantzoukas and Anna Faris are already signed up to appear in the film, which is being directed by Larry Charles.
Last week, footage emerged of Sacha - in character for the movie - being apprehended by a waiter as he stole food from a diner at New York restaurant Orsay. The comic, wearing a pink t-shirt and denim shorts, fled with a plate of food and a glass of wine, but was chased by the server and tackled to the ground. Later in the evening, he was seen in the same outfit outside a restaurant which doubles as the one his character owns in the film.

Sherlock Holmes Sequel to Shoot in October
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Warner Bros, Action, Adaptation, Adventure, Classics, Drama, Mystery, Period, Sequels, Thrillers, Celeb News, Celebrity Gossip, Filmmaking, Rumors, Upcoming Releases
Sherlock Holmes 2 will start shooting earlier than planned. Filming for the Guy Ritchie-directed sequel had originally been due to take place in December, but now Jude Law - who played Dr. Watson in the first movie - says cameras could now start rolling in October
“It looks likely that we’re going to shoot the second Sherlock Holmes in October,” Law said.
However, Jude says he doesn’t know the storyline yet but is looking forward to seeing what novel about the detective Ritchie and his team are going to adapt to the big screen: “I don’t know yet where the story will go, but there are a lot of Sherlock Holmes novels to choose from.”
Although the first Sherlock Holmes movie - which also starred Robert Downey Jr. - was successful at the box office, Jude insists it didn’t bother him whether it was or not. “I had so much fun making Sherlock Holmes that the question of how much money it would make just wasn’t one of my priorities. Of course I was really pleased it was such a success but mostly because that will give me the opportunity to work with Robert and Guy again.”
